About Ninox
Where are Ninox products made?
All Ninox products are handmade in Toronto. The brand was founded in Hong Kong in 2014 and has now relocated to Toronto, Canada.
What leather do you use?
We mainly use Italian Buttero leather and French Chèvre Sully goat leather, paired with premium linen thread. Each hide has natural marks, which makes every piece unique.
How do I care for my leather wallet or bag?
Keep it dry, avoid prolonged sun exposure, and condition it occasionally with leather cream. The leather will develop a rich patina over time.
Custom Orders
How long does it take to make my order?
Production takes about 2 weeks. Shipping time is extra and depends on your region.
Can I add personalization like foil stamping?
Yes. We offer foil stamping as an add-on service. It must be purchased together with a leather product and cannot be ordered alone.
Workshops
Do you offer leather crafting workshops?
Yes. We run private leathercraft workshops at our home studio in Thornhill, Toronto, for 1 to 5 participants. It is beginner friendly and no experience is needed. See the Private Workshop page for details and booking.
What can I make in a workshop?
You can choose from card holders, wallets, passport holders, journal covers and bags. See the full list with prices on the Private Workshop page.
How much does a workshop cost?
Prices start from $200 CAD depending on the project, based on Buttero leather. Groups of 2 to 3 get 10% off, and groups of 4 to 5 get 15% off. See the full price list on the Private Workshop page.
When and where are workshops held?
Workshops are held on Saturdays and Sundays with flexible timing, at our home studio in Thornhill, Toronto. Free parking is available. Please book at least 14 days in advance through the booking form on the Private Workshop page. Please note: our home studio has a resident cat.
Shipping & Others
Do you ship outside Toronto / Canada?
Yes, we ship across Canada and internationally. Shipping fees will be shown at checkout.
Will I be charged import duties or taxes?
Canadian orders have no import charges. For US delivery, please note the US currently adds about 60% in import duties on Canadian-made leather goods, payable to the carrier on delivery. For the UK, EU and other countries, local VAT and import duties may apply on delivery and are collected by your customs or carrier. These charges are set by your country and are not included in our prices.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned, unless we made a mistake (wrong style or colour). Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue with your order.
