1. The production period for each product varies and takes approximately 15 to 20 days. For more details, please refer to the product page.
2. Delivery times may be affected by shipping regulations, customs, logistics arrangements, weather, and local or public holidays. We are not responsible for any losses caused by delays beyond our control.
3. Remote areas include Ma Wan, Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong Disneyland, Discovery Bay, Ngong Ping 360, Cheung Chau, Lantau Island, Mui Wo, Tai O, Peng Chau, and Lamma Island. If the delivery address is in any of these remote areas, we may arrange for the product to be sent to the customer via Hongkong Post.

4. 客人必須在指定時間內簽收, 否則順豐速運將會收取附加保管費用。 如因地址不正確、收件人不在或商品無人認領導致無法成功派件，我們會通知客人。如客人希望重新發貨，我們將另外收取運費。
5. 如寄往香港以外的地區，請於下單前先了解清楚收件國家的海關及稅項安排，否則可能會導致送貨延誤等問題。由於不同目的地或重量所收取之關稅均不同，敬請留意閣下將被收取之額外費用，Ninox Leathercraft恕不負責。若客人以私人原因拒收送來的貨件，包括拒付關稅及稅項、無法提供所需的文件或其他相關原因，我們均不會為拒收訂單貨件進行退款或重新投遞。
As all of our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the received product does not match the order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. In case of any disputes, Ninox Leathercraft reserves the right to make the final decision.

Our one-on-one classes offer exceptional flexibility, allowing you to choose the class dates and style that best suits you. We offer classes primarily on weekdays, but please inquire with us if you are interested in evening or weekend classes.
Our studio is located at Lee Ka Industrial Building, San Po Kong, Kowloon, Hong Kong. It is just a 5-minute walk from Diamond Hill MTR Station.
Our website/Facebook/Instagram showcases our leather styles, and we offer instruction for most designs. You can take a screenshot of the style you're interested in for a quick quote. For detailed pricing, please leave us a message and we will reply via email/Whatsapp. Our class fees include all material costs and tool rental. Each piece includes space for up to 10 characters of word embossing. (We also have premium leather and tools available for an additional cost - please inquire with us!)
