Shipping policy
1. The production period for each product varies and takes approximately 15 to 20 days. For more details, please refer to the product page.
2. Delivery times may be affected by shipping regulations, customs, logistics arrangements, weather, and local or public holidays. We are not responsible for any losses caused by delays beyond our control.
3. Remote areas include Ma Wan, Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong Disneyland, Discovery Bay, Ngong Ping 360, Cheung Chau, Lantau Island, Mui Wo, Tai O, Peng Chau, and Lamma Island. If the delivery address is in any of these remote areas, we may arrange for the product to be sent to the customer via Hongkong Post.
4. Customers must sign for their delivery within the specified time. Otherwise, SF Express may charge additional storage fees. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, recipient absence, or unclaimed product, we will notify the customer. If the customer wishes to have the product redelivered, we will charge an additional shipping fee.
5. For deliveries outside of Hong Kong, please be aware of the customs and tax arrangements in the receiving country before placing an order. Different destinations and weights may result in different tariff charges, and Ninox Leathercraft is not responsible for these additional costs. If the customer refuses to accept delivery for personal reasons, including refusing to pay tariffs and taxes, failure to provide necessary documents, or other related reasons, we will not issue a refund or redeliver the order.
